Greg Reaume, Esq, MS
I started this company for three reasons. First, I am focused on construction and real estate because I enjoy meeting builders, developers, and entrepreneurs. This is because I come from a long line of family members involved in real estate and construction. These folks inspire me and open my eyes to new ideas.
Second, I enjoy working with new technology and my firm has an emphasis on using technology to increase efficiency and lower costs. Legal software applications have become integral to case management and will become increasingly important as time goes one. My background in statistics and data analysis helps me to understand legal technology and is the source of my interest in this new field.
Finally, my background in law and psychology has allowed me to understand how data creates and supports the story of "what happened" in complex situations years ago. The company that understands the data the best is in the best position to present a persuasive story.
I am currently a litigation attorney at an insurance defense firm and retain a certain number of cases under Wallace Legal each year. Previously I was at a construction litigation firm named McInerney & Dillon, PC. I have also worked as in-house counsel at City Constructors, Inc., a commercial construction firm in Los Angeles. There I worked on a wide range of issues, including employment and construction disputes, corporate formation and management matters, and risk management. I have also worked as a statistician in Afghanistan, an adjunct professor, and in finance for the state of California.
